Checkout is provided through Shopify and payment providers shown during checkout. The website uses HTTPS encryption. RUGSONE does not store complete payment-card details.

Prices and currency

Store prices are shown in GBP. Review the product, selected variant, final total and delivery information before confirming payment.

Payment problems

If payment is declined or remains pending, contact your bank or payment provider first. You may also contact us with your order reference, but never send complete card details, security codes or online-banking credentials by email or contact form.
