We offer a 30-day return period for eligible purchases. This policy does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Requesting a return

Contact us within 30 days after receiving your order at shoaibamin6366@gmail.com. Include your order number, item and reason. Wait for return instructions before sending the product.

Return condition

Return the rug clean, unwashed, uncut and without avoidable damage, with labels and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. A refund may be reduced if handling beyond inspection causes loss of value.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise in writing. Rugs may be large or heavy, so check the carrier cost. For faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods, contact us promptly; where legally required we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

Excluded items

Personalised or made-to-measure products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This exclusion does not apply where goods are faulty or not as described. Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.

Refund timing

After receiving the goods, or acceptable evidence of return, we will inspect the item and notify you. Any refund due will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time. Where legally required, the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us before returning an item for exchange. Stock is not reserved until a replacement is confirmed. For a pre-dispatch cancellation or address change, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment starts.
