These terms apply to purchases through rugsone.store. RUGSONE is the trading name of Rugs Inn Limited, company number 16940115. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products

We aim to describe rugs accurately, including available dimensions, materials and care information. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance, and textured products may have reasonable variation. Check the selected colour, size and quantity before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Free standard UK delivery applies according to our Shipping & Delivery page. The accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Order acceptance

An acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order request. A contract is formed when we accept or dispatch the order. We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, failed payment, unavailable delivery or an obvious pricing/description error. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. The 30-day return process and refund timing are explained on our Returns & Refunds page.

Promotions

Offer-specific terms displayed with a promotion also apply. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply only during their stated period and are subject to eligible stock.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while UK consumers retain mandatory protections available where they live.
